This role is designed for someone who can bridge the gap between the technology team and the e-commerce/marketing team, while also contributing fresh content ideas and driving sales initiatives. You will gain hands-on training in managing e-commerce operations, digital marketing campaigns, and business strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Cross-Team Coordination
- Work between the tech/development team and the e-commerce/marketing team.
- Ensure smooth updates of website, listings, and campaigns.
- Content Creation & Marketing
- Develop compelling visuals/text to highlight products and boost brand identity.
- Maintain content calendars and execute campaigns on time.
- E-commerce & Sales
- Manage and optimise product listings across platforms.
- Monitor inventory, pricing, and customer experience.
- Assist in planning promotions, offers, and sales campaigns.
- Contribute ideas to increase online conversions and revenue.
- Digital Marketing & SEO
- Support SEO efforts (keyword research, on-page optimization, performance tracking).
- Work with marketing tools to track and analyse performance.
- Suggest improvements for digital campaigns.
- Strategic Thinking & Reporting
- Collect and analyze marketing/sales data to guide decisions.
- Present new insights and ideas to enhance performance.
- Stay updated on e-commerce and digital trends.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
- Strong content creation skills (writing + creative presentation).
- A sales-driven mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and think strategically.
- Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing tools, or e-commerce platforms preferred.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or CMS like WordPress, Magento, or Shopify is a plus.
