**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**: Offer one-on-one academic counseling to students, providing guidance on course selection, study strategies, time management, and career planning.
- **Academic Support**: Assist students in overcoming academic challenges by providing resources, recommending tutoring, and offering advice on improving study habits.
- **Monitoring Academic Progress**: Track and review students' academic performance, providing feedback and intervening when necessary to help students stay on track.
- **Career Guidance**: Help students explore career options related to their academic program and provide guidance on internships, job placements, and further education opportunities.
- **Workshops and Seminars**: Organize and conduct workshops on topics such as exam preparation, stress management, and effective learning techniques.
- **Collaboration with Faculty**: Work closely with faculty members to ensure that students are receiving appropriate academic guidance and support.
- **Student Engagement**: Foster positive relationships with students, creating a safe and welcoming environment for them to express concerns and seek advice.
- **Data Management**: Maintain records of counseling sessions, track student progress, and generate reports as needed for academic and administrative purposes.
- **Admissions and Enrollment Support**: Assist in guiding prospective students through the admission process and provide academic-related information to help them make informed decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in academic counseling or student support services, preferably in a higher education environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Empathy and the ability to build strong relationships with students.
- Knowledge of academic programs and career pathways in higher education.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic student management software.

**Desired Skills**:

- Familiarity with the academic curriculum and standards of Maharana Pratap Group of Institutions.
- Experience in conducting workshops, seminars, and orientation sessions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude toward student development.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
