As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the housekeeping department within the establishment.
- Your primary role is to ensure that cleanliness, tidiness, and orderliness are maintained in all areas, meeting or exceeding the organization's cleanliness standards.
- You will lead a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective performance.
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of housekeeping staff, janitors, and other cleaning personnel.
- Schedule and assign tasks to team members, ensuring proper coverage and distribution of workload.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Promote a positive work environment and foster teamwork among team members.
- Establish and enforce cleaning standards and procedures to maintain high-quality cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to standards and identify areas in need of improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance, to address repair and maintenance needs promptly.
- Manage and maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring an adequate stock is available.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and submit documentation as required by management.
- Prepare work schedules, maintain attendance records, and manage time-off requests for housekeeping staff.

**Salary**: From ₹17,250.00 per month
