**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Sets up and operate HMC and ability to read and understand Customer drawings and its constituents, Standard notes and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Load raw materials into the machine, secure work pieces, and initiate machining processes.
- Monitor the machining process, adjusts settings as needed, and ensures smooth operations.
- Submit timely accurate reports to supervisor.
- Perform tool changes when necessary.
- Maintain and follow the documentation process.
- Inspect and maintain cutting tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Regular maintenance tasks include cleaning, lubricating, and checking for wear and tear.
- Inspects finished parts for accuracy and quality.
- Make adjustments to maintain precise dimensions and surface finishes.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
- Troubleshooting any issues during production.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Experience: 2-4 years
- Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficiency in operating HMC machines.
- Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with safety procedures.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
