Responsible for warranty decision for the product defects reported to workshop
Detail reporting of complaint, investigation and rectification for vehicles under warranty
Coordinate with DICV AO for required approvals for warranty claims
Warranty failed parts tagging and storage in workshop
Dispatch of all the failed parts to DICV on request
Failed parts scrapping in presence of DICV representative
Ensure disposal of failed parts scrap
Follow up with DICV for warranty claim settlement & reimbursement
Upkeep of warranty claim documents for regular dealer audits
Coordinate with proprietary parts dealers and service centers for their respective parts warranty claim
Update workshop personnel on latest warranty policy changes
