**JOB DESCRIPTION** Job Responsibilities**
- Create and deploy UAT framework to support ongoing BAU and all new enhancements/releases
- Train and deploy resources to meet demands and schedules
- Partner with Product owners and Technology teams to integrate disciplined testing approach to all releases
- Integrate automated testing program and increase coverage to reduce manual testing
- Partner with Operations and regulatory team to incorporate high risk processes into testing and compliance with regulatory environment
- Organize, participate and facilitate meetings with technology, operations and/or the business to confirm test plan, coming due events and create/update test calendar
- Develop detailed UAT test plan, conditions/cases and related data
- Work closely with technology and UAT participants to ensure complete test strategy is executed
- Manage and integrate testing tools like Jira and ALM, Selenium
- Provide clear tracking and resolution of defects along with the reporting of UAT execution results required for
- Validate test scripts execution and defect resolution prior to providing UAT signoff for WLS
- Partner with WLS and/or LOB Training Coordinators and Communications to ensure end to end operating model procedures are defined, tested and communicated to WLS
- Perform/Coordinate post implementation validation and signoff

**Required** **Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities**
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of combined business, project management experience is preferred
- Previous expertise and a true passion for process innovation, design, and digital technology with proven success delivering complex, large scale initiatives
- Demonstrated project management & leadership experience in financial services
- Demonstrated experience managing and collaborating with multiple teams, coordinating across different cross-functional initiatives, and reaching consensus with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent judgement and independent decision-making ability
- Strong organization, attention to detail, time management, planning skills and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to multiple levels of management, both written and verbal
