**REQUIREMENT**:
Age: Minimum 20yrs to Maximum 30yrs
Education: Any undergraduate/Graduate/Diploma
Language: English/Kannada or English /Hindi
Experience: Fresher to 1yr

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and welcoming the Walk-in customers.
- Assist the customers in navigating through the stores and explaining the product details
- Understanding the customers’ requirements and assisting them with available designs.
- Prepare and send a quotation.
- Purchase and Payment follow-up with the customer.
- Drive revenue growth
- Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Follow up on the positive reviews with the customers.

**Other Details**:

- Designation: RETAIL SALES EXECUTIVE
- Salary: 15000 to 25000 CTC PM + Incentives (Based on Caliber and Skills)
- Timings: 09:30 am - 06:30 pm
- Days: 6 Working Days
- Week Off: Rotational (Between Mon-Thu)
