**Position**: Project Incharge - Meter Testing (Indore & Bhopal)
**Location**: Indore & Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead meter testing projects for residential and commercial properties in Indore and Bhopal.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute projects, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion.
- Manage field teams, subcontractors, and vendors effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with electricity boards and metering utilities.
- Track project progress, report milestones, and address any challenges or risks.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in meter testing or similar utility projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Established connections with electricity boards and metering utilities.
- Ability to develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Willingness to travel between Indore and Bhopal.

**Preferred**:

- Engineering degree (Electricall) or related field.
- Previous project management experience in the utility sector.
