**Responsibilities**:

- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of **3 years** of experience as a Graphic Designer in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effect, Parallax effect is mandatory.)
- Experience with Figma, Canva, or other digital design tools is a plus.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects across different formats.
- Attention to detail and a creative problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with brand guidelines and contributing to brand development.
- Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS is a bonus.

**Experience**:

- Adobe Photoshop: 2 year (preferred)
- UI design: 5 years (preferred)
- Figma: 4 years (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,899.09 - ₹45,770.60 per month
