**Job Title**: Micro Loans Officer

**Department**: Frontline - Microfinance Institution (MFI)
**Reporting To**: Meeting Centre Manager

**Educational Qualification**:

- Any Non-Technical Undergraduate (UG) degree

**Age Criteria**:

- 21 to 33 years

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Two-wheeler (bike)
- Valid Driving License (DL)

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **Annual CTC**: ₹2,04,000 to ₹2,34,000

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:1. **Business Development in New Villages**
- Identify potential villages within the specified radius
- Conduct feasibility studies based on demographics, economic activities, and financial needs
- Assist Meeting Centre In-Charge (MC-IC) with village approval process

2. **Sourcing New Clients**
- Identify potential clients and form Joint Liability Groups (JLGs)
- Conduct residence and business verifications
- Deliver pre-disbursement training
- Visit potential customers to promote loan products

3. **Loan Disbursement**
- Collect required KYC documents
- Assist in completing the loan disbursement process
- Ensure proper loan documentation

4. **Collection of Current Dues**
- Collect payment sheets and stickers from MC-IC
- Carry out group-wise collections as per the scheduled plan
- Deposit collected money as per company policy
- Update records in MERC system

5. **Collection of Overdues**
- Follow up with defaulters using updated portfolio reports
- Ensure overdue amounts are collected and deposited
- Support MC-IC in initiating recovery actions against defaulters
- Maintain accurate collection records in MERC

Pay: ₹204,000.00 - ₹234,000.00 per year
