**Your role**: You are the Global Group IT Controlling business partner located within Group Controlling. In this role you will provide qualitative financial decision support in line with group guidelines on operational and strategic topics. You will ensure full cost transparency and budget adherence and manage the forecasting/planning process for the IT units you are in charge of. You will identify cost savings potentials based on best practice and prepare ad-hoc analysis as well as management presentations. Close cooperation with sector controlling and other MGF controlling/Finance teams are key.

You consult our IT Managers in financial topics. With your analytical skills you have proven that you can solve complex issues constructively in quality and time. Sound controlling and accounting expertise as well as team spirit are essential to provide value-adding business partnering. Controlling experience and an understanding of the dynamics impacting decisions in IT would be ideal.

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor/Master degree in finance/Business Administration / Economics/ Business Informatics
- 3-5 years experience in Controlling, ideally in a global and local environment
- strong business partnering attitude, experience in business partnering
- Analytical mindset, presentation skills
- IT affinity to support the digitalization
- pro-active and innovative mindset and the ability to balance conflicting priorities
- strong communication skills that enable you to adequately communicate with your business partners ((Executive / Senior Managers) as well as with stakeholders in the worldwide Finance community)
- Proficiency with standard IT systems SAP, BW, MS Office
- Resilient and able to work under time pressure, still keeping deadlines and high accuracy
- Fluent in English and high team spirit
