Jewellery Sales Executive

As a Jewellery Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service in a jewellery retail environment. You will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing jewellery items, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a positive brand image.
**Responsibilities**:
- Engage with customers to understand their jewellery preferences and needs.
- Showcase a wide range of jewellery products to customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on the selection of jewellery pieces.
- Close sales transactions effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales, inventory management, and customer service.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the jewellery industry
- Age below 35 years
- Proficient knowledge and expertise in gold and other ornaments sales
- Competitive incentives based on sales performance
- Food & Accommodation provided
- Other benefits as per company policy
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
