**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify relevant influencers across various social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) that align with client brands and campaign goals.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful collaborations.
- Coordinate and manage influencer outreach, onboarding, and communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports on metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure that influencer-generated content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Assist in budgeting and managing campaign expenses to maximize the return on investment.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing future influencer marketing strategies.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
