Roles and responsibilities:

- Content creation - Develop, design, and produce visually compelling content (images, videos,

graphics) that aligns with our brand identity and appeals to our target audience, across social

channels but focusing especially on Instagram and our website.
- Social Media Management - Keep a highly organized social media content calendar, blog posts

calendar and content campaign ideas across all social media channels. (Instagram, Facebook, X,

LinkedIn, Threads, etc.), ensuring consistent brand messaging and voice.
- Campaign development - Ideating, scripting, shooting, editing, scheduling and managing social

decks across all social media platforms.
- Community engagement - Be friendly and able to engage and create our community online. Develop

and execute strategies to increase online following, engagement and drive sales.
- Trend Analysis - Understand the beauty market, industry and market trends and implement them

rapidly, while benchmarking industry successes. Always stat fresh and relevant
- Analytics and Reporting - Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns

using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar. Provide insights and recommendations for

improvement.

**Profile**:

- MUST be a creative person - natural aptitude for how good content performs on social platforms,

and easily come up with unique ideas that you can transform into stunning content.
- Instagram should be your life. You have a strong understanding of the platform, algorithm and best

practices.
- Be a good storyteller - Good verbal and written skills for strong communication. Be able to captivate the audience.
- Some knowledge of skincare science is preferred, as we are a bio-tech brand and science is our

number one champion
- Detail-oriented - have a sharp eye for detail and strong sense of visual aesthetic.

Qualifications:

- Social media experience is a must
- Technical skills - Proven graphic design experience - comfortable with Adobe suite, Canva and editing software - Final Cut Pro, Hootsuite
- Photography and videography - Must be a camera pro - behind and front of the lens and edit.
- Ideally a bachelors degree in marketing, communication or graphic design is preferred.
- Writing Skills: Strong writing and editing skills for crafting captions, posts, and stories that resonate

with our audience.
