**Responsibilities**
**Roles & responsibilities**:
*Organizing the Live sessions and providing required support for our learners
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure the Live sessions are running smoothly.
*Producing accurate and timely reporting of learners
*participation in the Live session and acquiring trainers' feedback about the learners.
*Working on learners and trainers management along with the sales team.
*Working with the HR team to manage trainers and resources for the online courses (Facilitating the appointment of trainers)
- Coordinating and running the Live session, webinars and gathering regular feedback from the learners and presenting insights to the organization.
- Reporting on technical issues to the LMS (Learning Management System) team.
- Ensuring relevant standards, process and regulations are upheld
**Admin Roles & responsibilities**:
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
- Schedule in-house and external events
- .Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
