Job Title: English PGT Teacher for IB School

**- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an IB/IGCSE school**

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and qualified English Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) for our IB School.

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet the needs of IB students.
- Plan and deliver a rigorous, effective English curriculum that aligns with the IB standards and guidelines.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing feedback to students and parents as needed.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Collaborate with other teachers, department heads, and school administrators to ensure a cohesive and effective instructional program.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to remain up-to-date on best practices in teaching and learning.
- Provide leadership and guidance to other English teachers as the Head of Department (HOD).

Qualifications: - Master's degree in English or related field

**- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an IB/IGCSE school**
- Strong knowledge of the IB curriculum and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and administrators

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 4 years (required)
