**Job Title**: Junior Accounts Executive

**Location**: IT Park, Sector 22, Panchkula

**Job Summary**: The Junior Accounts Executive will assist in managing the financial operations of the company by supporting the accounts team in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and providing timely reports. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with basic accounting knowledge who is eager to learn and grow within the finance department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and other financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial transactions and data.
- Assist with audits and other financial reviews as required.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing, data entry, and organizing financial documents.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
