2. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience with shopify knowledge must
3. Factory will provide free food and accommodation inside premises

**Job Title: E commerec Executive**
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Develop ecommerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
2. Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth, traffic analyst and web audits.
3. Conceptualize digital marketing initiatives, analyze data and measure results
5. Create and manage product descriptions for online marketplace platforms
6. Pioneer and create new opportunities with ecommerce accounts, identifying white space and marketing opportunities to generate sales and offers
7. Build a trust and foster a relationship to be recognized as a premium ecommerce supplier
8. Conduct extensive online research, at all times understanding marketing and sales strategies from all major ecommerce retailers
9. Actively participate in scheduled internal weekly and annual sales meetings, preparing in advance to share relevant and beneficial information
10.Collaborate with your sales peers, design teams and management to ensure that you are offering the very best assortment to the customer
11.Updating and stock management
12.Managing Budgets for E-commerce
13.Responsible for P&L
14.Handling service enquires from customers
15.Team management - Allocation of work and managing the team efficiently, ensure the digital or online team is fulfilling the assigned tasks and targets, Support, mentor and coach team members and help them achieving targets and manage team performance
16.Manage digital marketing campaigns, promotions, ads, social media, and website for the brand
17.Improving search rankings, product reviews and product ratings online. Ensure all content & prices are upto date and in line with the company’s strategy
18.Negotiate margins and terms to create successful and profitable partnerships
19.Identify and set up new online partners for the company
20.Generating business from Dealers, Distributors by visiting and calling.
21.Ensure that right stock is available at the right time at the right place by proper planning and analysis.
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

- ponnapuram, Dharapuram, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
