**Job Title**: Welder

**Location**: Koshi, Mathura

**Job Purpose**:
To carry out welding operations on steel structures, components, and machinery as per required specifications, ensuring strong, defect-free joints and adherence to safety and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform welding tasks using appropriate welding processes such as:

- **MIG (Metal Inert Gas)**:

- **TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas)**:

- **Arc Welding (SMAW)**:

- **Gas Cutting and Brazing**:

- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
- Prepare surfaces and materials for welding by cleaning, aligning, clamping, and tacking.
- Inspect and measure welds to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment as per standards.
- Repair or rework defective welds using appropriate techniques.
- Use hand tools, grinders, and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with welding procedures and safety guidelines (PPE, fire protection, ventilation).
- Maintain welding equipment in proper working condition and report maintenance needs.
- Work with maintenance and fabrication teams for equipment repair and structural work.
- Maintain proper documentation of work completed and materials used.
- Adhere to quality standards like AWS, ASME, or ISO (if applicable).

**Key Requirements**:

- ITI / Diploma in Welding Technology or equivalent trade certification.
- 2-8 years of hands-on welding experience in a steel plant, fabrication shop, or heavy industry.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
