We are seeking a talented and creative **UI/UX Designer** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly and engaging interfaces for our products and services. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**User Research**:
Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points.

**Information Architecture**:
Develop and implement information architecture to create a clear and intuitive user flow.

**Wire framing and Prototyping**:
Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.

**UI Design**:
Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring consistency with branding and design guidelines.

**UX Design**:
Design user-entered experiences, focusing on usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.

**Usability Testing**:
Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs.

**Collaboration**:
Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented correctly.

**Staying Up-to-Date**:
Stay current with the latest trends in UI/UX design and technology.

Required Skills and Experience:
**Skills**:

- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
- Strong understanding of user research, information architecture, wire framing, and prototyping.
- Experience with visual design principles and user interface design guidelines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for creating intuitive and user-centred experiences.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
