- Making Inbound And Outbound Calls
- Fix The Meetings With Interested Clients And Meet Them.
- Always In Contact With The Prospect Client By Calling.
- Contact Potential Or Existing Customers To Inform Them About A Product Or Service Using Scripts
- Answer Questions About Products Or The Company
- Enter And Update Customer Information In The Database
- Handle Grievances To Preserve The Company’s Reputation
- Keep Records Of Calls And Note Useful Information
- Strict adherence to timelines.
- Willingness to go beyond the call of duty.
- Be able to work under pressure and manage workload effectively.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Good Command over English & Hindi.
- Knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook and Computer skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Noida - 201301, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
