You Are

An intuitive and passionate graphic with High proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and possess strong colour theory, design, typography skills and other web design principles.

You work in an organized and systematic manner to ensure timely execution under pressure and tight deadlines. You are looking for a collaborative learning environment to improve your design sensibilities and existing skills.

You Will
- Work closely with the Marketing Team, HR team and Product SMEs to understand the requirements of a creative brief, develop concepts, iterate quickly and be able to successfully execute design solutions
- Your designs are required for a huge variety of products and activities, such as websites, advertising, books, magazines, event collaterals, Sales Decks, exhibitions and displays, corporate communications and corporate identity, e.g. giving organizations a visual 'brand' for events, Sales Decks and social branding.
- Your work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.

Your Professional Requirements
- 2+ years of work experience in Graphic design responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. The role involves understanding requirement and their needs before making design decisions.
- Motion graphics and video editing skills, knowledge of Adobe After Effects and other video editing software.
- Ready to work in EU/US time.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS.
- Knowledge of web architecture, usability, UX and UI Design beneficial
- Ability to rapidly conceive, visualize & iterate design solutions in a shared environment Pluses
- Experience of working in a Start up
- Experience in working in a collaborative team - Multi-tasking, multidisciplinary and an ever learning mindset
