**Duties of Compliance officer**

Call monitoring:
Listening to daily 5 random sales calls and comparing against Checklist to see if procedure was followed:
In case of shortcomings, corrective action to be taken/implemented.

2. Document check on each sale
- Near Maps report sent on or before date of Sale.
- Name on Electricity bill matches the name on contract and signature.
- Near maps report is complaint to CEC guidelines.
- Grid Approval is Current an match the customer profile.
- Customer profile has clearly mentioned:

- Meter Phase
- Levels of house
- Roof type
- Roof type.
- In case the inverter location is north, canopy charges added and explained to customer over the call.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Amritsar - 143001, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
