**Job Title**: Support Executive - IVR Calls

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle IVR (Interactive Voice Response) calls professionally and empathetically.
- Respond to customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate unresolved cases.
- Maintain accurate logs of interactions in CRM systems.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.
- Follow call scripts and compliance standards.

**Requirements**:

- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience in BPO/Call Center
- Familiarity with IVR call systems and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

**Bonus**:

- Prior experience in voice-based international support.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
