**Skills Required**:

- **Technical**:

- Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Skilled in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Must have Lottie animation skills.
- Knowledge of color grading and audio editing.
- Ability to create high-quality animations and motion graphics.
- Understanding of visual elements (layout, type, and fonts).
- **Non-Technical**:

- Creativity and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**:

- Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
- Select and edit music, sound effects, and voice-overs.
- Collaborate with the team to understand project scope and objectives.
- Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity.
- **Motion Graphics Design**:

- Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, websites, marketing demos, etc.).
- Prepare design plan, concept, and layout for motion graphic projects.
- Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
- Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc., for graphic design.
