Requirements:

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
- Poise, confidence & rapport building ability on phone communication.
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of computers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Counseling students and parents about our course over the calls
- Out-bond calls as per the leads receive from the support team (Marketing, Admin-support).
- Interaction with students and parents on a routine basis over the call.
- Guide students on a sense of accountability & highest opportunities for academic success.
- Update daily database to CRM.
- Individual who is responsible for providing educational career advice, educational support and counselling
- Should be able to achieve the desired target.
- Evaluate student educational and work backgrounds in order to help them determine what they need to

do next to achieve their goals.
- System Updating & Follow up with a prospect who has been counseled already.
- Follow and complete the eligibility check of the student’s database
- Integrity and professionalism.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
