**REPORTING TO **Consultant to Unit Consultant Bands

**COMPANY PROFILE**

**PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION**

This position will work closely with the Sr. Principal Consultant. As a Senior Associate of Sales
Executive you will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every clients in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

**KRAs**
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid opinions to existing and prospective clients.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential clients to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback

- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Bachelor degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field.
- 1-3 years of sales experience in Real Estate industry.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
