**Job Profile**:
International Certification Services is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team in Surat, Gujarat. As a Marketing Executive with a focus on field sales, you will play a vital role in promoting our certification services to potential clients, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Market Research**:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competition to develop effective marketing strategies.

**2. Client Acquisition**:
Identify and approach potential clients, understand their certification needs, and tailor our services to meet their requirements.

**3. Client Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.

**4. Sales and Lead Generation**:
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into clients by effectively presenting our certification services.

**5. Field Sales**:
Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with potential clients in various locations as part of the field sales efforts.

**6. Marketing Campaigns**:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including online and offline strategies, to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

**7. Content Creation**:

Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand your professional network and promote our services.

**9. Reporting**:
Prepare regular reports on marketing and sales activities, including key performance indicators (KPIs), to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

**Requirements & Skills**:

i. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

ii. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

iii. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.

iv. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

v. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

vi. Knowledge of certification services or related industries is a plus.
