**Key Responsibilities**:

- Write, edit, and post engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Work closely with the marketing team to create social media content calendars and implement strategies aligned with brand goals
- Research trending topics and emerging social media trends to craft relevant and compelling posts
- Collaborate with graphic designers and multimedia teams to produce visually appealing content
- Respond to comments and messages to foster community engagement and maintain brand presence
- Track and report on social media performance metrics to help optimize content strategy
- Stay informed of social media best practices, platform updates, and audience behavior

**Qualifications**:

- **Excellent and fluent communication skills in English** (both written and verbal)
- Recent graduate or final-year student from courses such as **BA (Psychology), BMM (Bachelor of Mass Media), B.A. in English, Journalism, or other relevant fields**:

- Strong interest in digital marketing and social media platforms
- Ability to adapt tone and voice to reflect the brand's personality
- Creativity and an eye for detail in content creation
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and trends
- Familiarity with design and video tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) is a plus

**Requirements**:

- Passion for writing and storytelling with a strong interest in social media
- Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Internship or coursework in content creation, digital marketing, or related areas is advantageous but not required
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
