**Job Description for Architect (Sales and Marketing)**

**Key Job Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities includes but are not limited to**:

- Must focus on face to face interaction with Architects and provide Architects an opportunity to know the brand and the value addition the brand can bring to their respective business.
- Build new clients as Architects for the organisation, build rapport and trust in both oneself and the company.
- Must be passionate and driven in order to produce top results, all the while maintaining integrity.
- Have the drive to be an individual contributor, responsible to drive sales activities with Architects.
- To set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations to Architects
- To ensure systematic follow-up with the Architect's organisations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.
- To be an interface between the Architects and internal support teams to ensure that the Architects receives the best possible products and services from the company.
- Ensure adherence to Company's sales processes and requirements.
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan decided by the Company

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- B.Arch
- Fresher Graduates (B.Arch) can also apply.

**Skill Requirements**:

- Should have own vehicle(DL/RC)
- Should have excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Should be able to work in a fast
- paced & driven environment.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
