MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Finding new Customers to get their shipments delivered
- Providing winning solutions and shipment quote to the customers
- Dispatching critical freight based on specific Clients requests
- Effectively communicating and coordinating shipments
- Providing best transportation solutions for our dedicated team and third-party logistics in accordance with set guidelines and Client’s instructions
- Input carrier codes and schedule pickups/deliveries
- Trace delivery trucks to ensure deliveries arrive on time
- Utilizes customer service tactics to diffuse irate customers.
- Facilitating inquiry and problem resolution to Drivers, Flight Crew and Customers related to assigning and delivering loads
- Able to work in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task and have a positive attitude
- Analyze carrier service reports monthly. Compiles data issues report.
- Analyze daily planned routes for efficiency
- Work in a computerized environment
- Setting up Cross-Border shipments with Customs (ACE/ACI)
- Providing financial details/information regarding shipment and collecting/organizing the necessary documentation for proper billing of Customers
- Sourcing, qualifying, and adding carriers to the operation's platform
- Providing superior Customer service
- Provides back up support in the department as needed.
- Promote a clean, safe, and positive work environment
- Other duties that may brought forward by Customer and those that may be assigned and directed by the Employer
