Nikunjalaya is a fast-growing interior designing startup, is seeking highly motivated and results-driven persons to join our dynamic team. As a pre-sales member you will play a critical role in generating the growth of our business. You will be responsible for contacting leads and bridging them with our Sales champions for successful meeting conductions. We are looking for an outgoing, persuasive, and ambitious individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of success in sales.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Convert pre-generated leads to productive leads, by fixing meetings with the clients
- Regular engagement with leads and convincing them for meetings and sharing layout to initiate our service
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers
- Ensure proper documentation with clients as per business processes and guidelines
- Maintain MIS and database of qualified leads for effective coordination and conversion
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers to provide them with a world-class customer experience
- Be proactive about solving problems, even if they are outside your area of responsibility
- Be flexible, action-oriented, and results-oriented with strong data analytics skills
- Meet or exceed monthly targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and appointments in our CRM software
- Be open to new initiatives and suggestions for improvement
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience of 1 to 2 years in telecalling or sales in Interior designing company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
