Location: Ganesh Vihar, Ambala Cantt, Haryana

**Salary**: ₹12k - ₹15k per month

Education: Minimum Graduate

Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Computer Operator

Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (One Hour Lunch Break: 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM)

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter and update data in computer systems and databases.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
- Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and office support.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and visitors, both verbally and in writing.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems and report any technical issues.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

** Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Computer Operator.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good understanding of basic computer hardware and software.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Good personality and professional presentation.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational skills.
