- Noida**Prepare EILs school & college outreach plan, and continuously evolve it based on**

**learnings/opportunities**

**Visit schools & colleges to promote EIL & its design programs, and boost admissions.**

**Manage daily assignment of leads with the counselling team.**

**Assist with counselling of students through phone consultations, along with arranging**

**campus visits**

**Connect with parents/guardians to assist them with their children’s educational and**

**career planning**

**Support students end-to-end through the admission process**

**Assist in planning campaigns with the marketing team to induce students to attend EIL**

**REQUIREMENTS**

**1- 3 years of experience in school/college outreach and student counselling**

**Should be knowledgeable, resourceful, and supportive with strong communication,**

**organization and interpersonal skills**

**Should be comfortable with quantitative skills including Excel and PowerPoint; Design**

**tool proficiency is a plus**

**Strong inclination to learn, work in a team environment and take initiative**

**Should be open to travel for outreach related activities**
