Job description - Motion Graphic Designer / Video Visualizer

Roles and Responsibilities :Must have a high-level understanding of technical skills and the ability to create

organic animations or movements and videos with motion graphicsThink creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts.Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.Create high-end cutting-edge designs.Visualize creative conceptsTraditional animation experience, drawing skills will definitely serve as an add-on. Positive attitude with the ability to work in and as a team and actively problem
- solve/troubleshoot wherever required.Demonstrated ability to multi-task and think creatively while meeting deadlinesSpecialization and/or expertise in classical animation, character animation, motion

graphics, dynamic typography, and editing.Strong grasp of principles of design and animation, frame composition, and layout.Should be able to create storyboards and brainstorm on the ideas for the videos

Create and maintain Graphic Standards, Guidelines & Check lists.Should be able to execute explainer-based videos, post-production on shoot-based

videos, Product videos, Demos, etcAbility to partner with other creative team members and key stakeholders to create

content used across a variety of platforms (web, mobile, video, and more)

Desired QualificationsSolid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Experience in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe

Illustrator & Audacity is a must.).Demonstrable Animation and Editing ability with a strong portfolio.Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity.Creative mind and storytelling skills.Ability to recommend and create visual solutions based on the user descriptions.Creative, ownership driven and has good communication and presentation skills.Degree in computer animation, 3D/graphic design, fine arts or relevant field
- Knowledge of 2D/3D, stop motion and computer-generated animation

**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
