Logiq365 Cloud Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented female accounting professional to support an insurance client, focuses on data entry for insurance policies and commissions, regular reconciliation work in both the insurance CRM and Excel, as well as other assigned accounting tasks. **A strong foundation in accounting principles and hands-on reconciliation experience are essential.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter insurance policy and commission data into the insurance CRM system.
- **Reconcile on a regular basis**:

- Premiums paid to insurance companies
- Commission earned
- Commission received
- Ensure all amounts match between CRM, Excel, and actual bank transactions; immediately resolve any discrepancies.
- Bank Reconcilation in Quickbooks.
- Maintain clear and organized documentation of all entries, reconciliations, and adjustments.
- Support other accounting responsibilities such as **bank reconciliation, general ledger review** as assigned.
- Execute miscellaneous or Ad Hoc accounting work as needed for the client, under supervisor direction.
- Coordinate with internal/client teams to address and resolve any data or accounting issues.
- Generate periodic reconciliation and data entry reports for management.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- **Minimum 2 years’ accounting experience** with a focus on reconciliation and data integrity; insurance sector experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, lookups, data validation, pivot tables) and comfort with CRM/insurance management software.
- Demonstrated knowledge of accounting fundamentals, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently from home.

**Other Requirements**:

- Remote, work-from-home role.
- US Shift Timing**:6:30 pm to 2:30 am IST**.
- Must have a reliable laptop/PC and high-speed internet.
