**Responsibilities**
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate sales-related activities such as order processing, invoicing, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, spreadsheets
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage and organize sales documentation, contracts, and agreements.
- Ensure all sales-related documentation is accurately filed and maintained.
- Liaise between the sales team, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure stock availability.
- Assist in forecasting sales trends and demand to optimize inventory levels.
- **Knowledge of Software**
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
