**Job Title**: Telecaller - Telesales Division

**Product**: Loans (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Used Car Loan, New Car Loan)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calls to potential customers using provided data.
- Engage with customers to discuss their loan needs and provide detailed information about personal loans, business loans, used car loans, and new car loans.
- Address and resolve customer queries regarding loan products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide clear, concise information.
- Basic knowledge of loan products and the financial sector is a plus.
- Freshers are welcome; experience in telesales or customer service is advantageous.

**Job Details**:

- Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM
- Additional sales performance-linked incentives available.

**Note**: There are no minimum monthly sales targets.
