Key ResponsibilitiesCAD Design & Documentation
- Create detailed technical drawings, schematics, and layouts using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
- Develop and maintain design standards and drawing templates
- Produce accurate 2D and 3D models for project planning and execution
- Generate bill of materials (BOM) and technical specifications from CAD drawings
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance

Bluebeam Site Analysis & Management
- Conduct comprehensive site analysis using Bluebeam Revu for project feasibility studies
- Perform digital markup and annotation of site plans, drawings, and technical documents
- Create and maintain project tracking dashboards using Bluebeam's collaboration features
- Utilize Bluebeam Studio for real-time project collaboration and document sharing
- Generate detailed site analysis reports with measurements, area calculations, and visual annotations

Project Tracking & Collaboration
- **Progress Tracking**: Use Bluebeam's tracking features to monitor project milestones, design changes, and deliverables
- **Document Control**: Maintain version control and track revisions across all project documents
- **Quality Assurance**: Perform markup reviews and coordinate feedback from multiple stakeholders
- **Reporting**: Create comprehensive project status reports using Bluebeam's reporting tools

Technical Analysis & Support
- Analyze site conditions, spatial requirements, and technical constraints
- Support field teams with accurate site documentation and visual references
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure technical deliverables meet project timelines
- Assist in preparation of client presentations and technical proposals

Required QualificationsTechnical Skills
- **CAD Proficiency**: 3-5 years of hands-on experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar)
- **Bluebeam Expertise**: Advanced proficiency in Bluebeam Revu including:

- Site analysis and measurement tools
- Project tracking and collaboration features
- Studio Sessions and real-time markup
- Custom tool creation and batch processing
- Report generation and document management

Core Competencies
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering documentation
- Experience with site surveying, spatial analysis, and measurement techniques
- Proficiency in PDF markup, annotation, and document collaboration workflows
- Knowledge of project management principles and tracking methodologies
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation

Educational Background
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting Technology, or related field
- Bluebeam certification preferred
- CAD certification or equivalent professional training

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in solar/renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of GIS software and spatial analysis tools
- Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration platforms
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and technical standards
- Experience with mobile field data collection and integration

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
