**Role Overview**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Engage with leads to understand their career goals and how programs can help them achieve those goals.
- Provide detailed information about short term diploma programs on hotel management, highlighting the benefits and outcomes.
- Conduct online demos, trial sessions, and other engagement activities to showcase program value.
- Manage the sales funnel from lead generation to conversion, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.
- Offer personalized consultation and advice, treating potential students with the utmost respect and care.
- Assist potential students in making informed decisions, providing guidance as if they were friends or family.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current students.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, track interactions, and monitor sales performance.
- Generate reports and provide insights on lead conversion, sales metrics, and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and educational advancements to provide relevant and impactful consultations

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Master degree will be an added advantage.
- Preferably 6months-2 years of experience in sales, academic advising, or a related role, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential students.
- Preferred inside sales/consultative Edtech experience with a consistent track record of exceeding acquisition/sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel and data management tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with making multiple calls per day.
- Pleasantly persistent with customers, enjoying customer interaction with a positive attitude and pleasant phone manners.
