Co-founder (Experience in Exports)

Position: Co-Founder Company: MoExports Location: Bhubaneswar Compensation: Equity Only Duration: Part-Time (4-6 months, until funding or positive cash flow achieved)

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective export strategies in collaboration with the existing team.
- Utilize your exports process expertise to streamline operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Identify and target potential international markets for the company's products.
- Build relationships with suppliers, distributors, and partners in export markets.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with overseas partners.
- Provide strategic insights for optimizing export processes.
- Assist in financial planning and budgeting for export operations.
- Participate in decision-making and strategy discussions for company growth.
- Contribute to securing funding or achieving positive cash flow within the specified timeframe.

- Proven experience in exports process, including market research, regulations, and logistics.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills for international markets.
- Exceptional negotiation skills for partnerships and contracts.

**Salary**: ₹341,004.00 - ₹629,330.58 per year
