**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Course Enrollment & Coordination**:

- Handle inquiries from individuals and college representatives regarding course details, fees, and schedules.
- Guide students through the enrollment process and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Develop relationships with colleges and educational institutions to promote Unicybers training programs.

**Back-Office & Administrative Support**:

- Maintain and organize training schedules, attendance records, and student feedback.
- Support trainers with necessary documents and course materials.
- Ensure all administrative tasks related to training programs are efficiently handled.

**Reporting & Overall Management**:

- Generate reports on student enrollments, attendance, feedback, and course completion rates.
- Provide insights and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of all training activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a high standard of service.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in training coordination, enrollment management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Basic technical knowledge of IT and cybersecurity training (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
