**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Financial Record Keeping**:

- Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor account balances.

**Support in Accounting Functions**:

- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Help prepare and file tax documents, ensuring compliance with regulations.

**Data Entry and Documentation**:

- Accurately input financial data into accounting software.
- Organize and maintain financial documentation for audits and reporting.
- Handle petty cash transactions and maintain records.

**Communication and Collaboration**:

- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documents.
- Respond to inquiries related to accounts and financial matters.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar role.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- Tally: 1 year (preferred)
