Hostel Warden/ Education Counsellor

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of students residing in the hostel.
- Address students' concerns, provide guidance, and offer a supportive environment.
- Establish and enforce hostel rules, regulations, and behavioural norms.
- Monitor students' adherence to rules and address any violations appropriately.
- Manage room allocations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Maintain accurate records of student occupancy, attendance, and other relevant data.
- Coordinate with administrative staff for billing, fee collection, and other financial matters.
- Provide academic and personal counselling to students as needed.
- Maintain open communication channels with students, parents, and guardians.
- Update students on hostel-related information, events, and activities.
- Oversee the conduct of students within the hostel premises.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts or disputes among students.
- Promote a harmonious and respectful atmosphere within the hostel.
- Conduct regular safety checks and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and kitchen staff to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and efficient operation of the hostel facilities.
- Prepare regular reports on hostel activities, student behaviour, incidents, and suggestions for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to hostel operations.

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Experience in student management, counselling, or related roles is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
