We are hiring Statutory Analyst for a Real Estate Developer Firm.

Job Location: HSR LAYOUT, Bangalore

Experience Level: 2 years of relevant experience in CA Firm. Statutory compliance (preferably in real estate, infrastructure, or allied sectors)

Qualification: CA Intern

Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, RERA, Income Tax, ROC filings, etc., which includes:

- Preparing necessary workings and calculations
- Ensuring all supporting documentation is in order
- Completing and submitting timely and accurate filings across statutory portals
- Provide assistance in handling departmental notices and preparing necessary data and documents for submission to relevant authorities
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and consultants for audits, filings, and statutory dues
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation for all compliance activities
- Assist in internal audit preparedness and due diligence processes
- Support finance operations with statutory reconciliation and reporting

Prefered Skills:

- Strong working knowledge of Indian taxation laws, statutory filings, and compliance procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office and Tally
- Ability to manage multiple statutory deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
