Job Role: Receptionist / Front Office.

Location: Lower Parel. (Mumbai)

Job type: Full time (Work From Office).

Experience: 2+ years.

Notice: Immediate/ 15 Days.

(5 Days Working) (Normal working hours)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls, screen and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Provide accurate information to callers and address their inquiries or forward them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for employees, if required.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, anticipating needs, and placing orders when necessary.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient communication and coordination.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
