Job Summary:

- Should have excellent understanding of the Agricultural Markets
- Help evaluate the market & enable the team in drawing up the Sales & Marketing plan
- Track changing market trends and assess competition.

Job Responsibilities:

- Understand the ground realities of the market & keep upto date with changing trends
- Enable the field teams to finalize the sales and marketing plan by providing relevant information
- Collaborate with the Farmers, Team in implementing the sales and marketing plan
- Will help in maintaining positive cash flow, good profitability in new developments including product mix and customer segment mix.
- Must stay updated on the new technical developments, quality, packing and other market and competition trends in the market and collaborate with the team to finalize our responses.
