**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and convert them into clients.
- Identify and target potential clients including homeowners, businesses, real estate developers, and architects.
- Handle client inquiries, conduct site visits, and present interior design concepts and proposals.
- Collaborate with the design team to prepare customized solutions based on client needs.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.
- Maintain a strong social media and digital presence for the company.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Manage CRM systems and client communication records.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners for promotional campaigns.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Interior Design, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales/marketing; experience in the interior design or real estate sector is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
- Aesthetic sense and understanding of design principles preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently and in teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
