**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and search engines.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI by analyzing performance metrics and making data-driven adjustments.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad visuals and copy.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and updates in digital advertising.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in ad platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Basic understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
- Creativity in designing engaging ad strategies.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) tools.
- Knowledge of A/B testing techniques.
