**Job Description for Female Duty Doctor**

**Position**: Female Duty Doctor
**Location**: pragya hospital

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Care**: Provide primary medical care, diagnose illnesses, and prescribe treatments.
- **Emergency Management**: Handle emergency cases and ensure timely medical intervention.
- **Rounds & Monitoring**: Conduct regular patient rounds and update medical records.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with nurses, specialists, and hospital staff for patient care.
- **Medical Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of treatments, prescriptions, and patient history.
- **Counseling & Guidance**: Provide medical advice and counseling to patients and their families.
- **Compliance & Safety**: Ensure adherence to hospital policies and medical ethics.
- **Shift Work**: Be available for rotational shifts, including night duties if required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- MBBS (or equivalent medical degree) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license/registration.
- Experience in hospital/clinical settings preferred.
- Strong communication and patient-handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in emergencies.
